Set-up and First-time Use

Kickstart your health journey with NOTT Body Insight Smart Scale by following these simple steps.

Step 1: Preparation Before Use

• Place the scale on a flat, hard surface.

• Ensure the batteries are installed correctly and have sufficient power.

• Download the NOTT App from the AppStore or CH Play/Google Play Store.

• Before connecting the NOTT App with the NOTT Body Insight Smart Scale, please confirm that:

  • Your device meets the following requirements for iPhone/iPad touch devices running iOS 8.0 and above.

  • Mobile devices running Android 4.3 and above and equipped with Bluetooth 4.0.

Step 2: Open NOTT App

Turn on the Bluetooth option of the mobile phone, open the NOTT App to enter the interface

Step 3: Go to Connect Devices Screen

Users click on the ⊕ icon at the top of the screen to go to Connect Devices Screen

Step 4: Connect to our SmartScale

• On Connect Devices Screen: Device Adding, user clicks on button SmartScale as highlighted in below image

• User enters personal information: Gender, Year of birth and Height. Then click button Confirm

Step 5: Start weighting according to the instructions of the NOTT App

The app switches to a screen showing instructions on how to stand the scale correctly

After standing on Smartscale, make sure you are doing as following rules:

• Stand straight on the scale with both feet evenly placed.

• Wait for a few seconds until the results stabilize.

• The data will automatically sync with the NOTT app, making it easy for you to track over time.

Step 6: View measurements from the scale

After you complete the steps of standing on the scale exactly according to the instructions, the screen will display your body indicator that Smartscale has measured.

Pro Tips:

• Use the scale at the same time each day for consistent results.

• Avoid wearing shoes or socks while using the scale.
