Wear the Watch While Sleeping

  • Make sure the watch is securely worn on your wrist before going to bed.

  • The watch will automatically activate sleep monitoring as you sleep.

Sleep Monitoring Automatically Tracks Sleep Stages

  • The watch records different sleep stages, including:

    • Light Sleep

    • Deep Sleep

    • REM Sleep

  • These stages will help you understand the quality of your sleep.

Access the Sleep Monitoring App

  • Open NOTT Wellness Pro Smart Watch by pressing the circle button on the right side of the watch

  • Press the circle button again to open the Menu screen

  • From the Menu screen, find and tap Sleep app to open Sleep App

Sync with the NOTT App

Your sleep data is updated automatically to the NOTT App, allowing you to view detailed sleep reports and trends.
