Open the Temperature Monitoring App

• Open NOTT Wellness Pro Smart Watch by pressing the circle button on the right side of the watch

• Press the circle button again to open the Menu screen

• From the Menu screen, find and tap Temp app to open Temperature Monitoring App

Start the Measurement

• Ensure the watch is snugly fitted on your wrist.

• Keep your wrist still during the measurement for optimal accuracy.

• Follow the on-screen prompts to initiate the temperature measurement process.

View Results

• Wait for a few seconds while the watch calculates your temperature.

• The temperature reading will be displayed on the watch screen in real time.

NOTE: When testing body temperature, the bottom temperature must be in full contact with the skin ( Test after wearing for 10 minutes) The temperature test will be affected by the temperature difference in the environment.
