Start the Measurement
Ensure the watch is snugly fitted on your wrist.

Wait for a few seconds while the watch calculates your temperature.
The temperature reading will be displayed on the watch screen in real time.

NOTE: When testing body temperature, the bottom temperature must be in full contact with the skin ( Test after wearing for 10 minutes) The temperature test will be affected by the temperature difference in the environment.
