Switch to the Heart Rate Test Interface

• Open NOTT BodySence Smart Watch by pressing the circle button on the right side of the watch

• Swipe from left to right or press the circle button again to open Menu screen

• From the Menu screen, tap Hr app to open Heart Rate screen .

• The device will automatically begin detecting your heart rate in real time.

Measure heart rate

• The device will automatically begin detecting your heart rate in real time.

• Place your wrist on the watch's back sensor.

• Hold still for a few seconds, and the watch will automatically measure your heart rate.
