Wear the Watch While Sleeping

  • Make sure the watch is securely worn on your wrist before going to bed.

  • The watch will automatically activate sleep monitoring as you sleep.

Sleep Monitoring Automatically Tracks Sleep Stages

  • The watch records different sleep stages, including:

    • Light Sleep

    • Deep Sleep

    • REM Sleep

  • These stages will help you understand the quality of your sleep.

Access the Sleep Monitoring App

  • Open NOTT BodySence Smart Watch by pressing the circle button on the right side of the watch

  • Swipe from left to right or press the circle button again to open Menu screen

  • From the Menu screen, tap Sleep app to open Sleep screen .

Sync with the NOTT App

Your sleep data is updated automatically to the NOTT App, allowing you to view detailed sleep reports and trends.
