Open NOTT BodySence Smart Watch by pressing the circle button on the right side of the watch
Swipe from left to right or press the circle button again to open Menu screen
From the Menu screen, tap Sleep app to open Sleep screen .
Your sleep data is updated automatically to the NOTT App, allowing you to view detailed sleep reports and trends.
