Select a Sports Mode

  • Open NOTT BodySence Smart Watch by pressing the circle button on the right side of the watch

  • Swipe from left to right or press the circle button again to open Menu screen

  • From the Menu screen, tap Sport.

  • Choose from options like Running, Cycling, Fitness, Badminton, etc.

Start Your Workout

After selecting your sport, the watch will begin tracking data such as heart rate, speed, distance, and calories burned.

End Your Workout

  • Watch your metrics change in real time as you workout

  • Once you're done, stop the workout by pressing the round button to the right of the watch, tap Agree Icon to finish the workout. The watch will display a summary with your total distance, time, and calories burned.
