Open the Temperature Monitoring App

• Open NOTT BodySence Smart Watch by pressing the circle button on the right side of the watch

• Swipe from left to right or press the circle button again to open Menu screen

• From the Menu screen, tap Temp app to open Temperature Monitoring screen .

Start the Measurement

• Ensure the watch is snugly fitted on your wrist.

• Keep your wrist still during the measurement for optimal accuracy.

• Follow the on-screen prompts to initiate the temperature measurement process.

View Results

• Wait for a few seconds while the watch calculates your temperature.

• The temperature reading will be displayed on the watch screen in real time.

Guidelines for Accurate Temperature Measurement

• Proper Contact:

  • Ensure the bottom temperature sensor is in full contact with your skin during the test.

  • Wear the watch for at least 10 minutes before initiating the temperature test for more reliable results.

  • Regularly measure your temperature at the same time each day to establish a baseline and ensure consistency in readings.

• Environmental Factors:

  • Be aware that temperature readings may be influenced by environmental conditions. Use the results as a general warning or reference only.
