Open the Blood Lipid Monitoring App

• Open NOTT BodySence Smart Watch by pressing the circle button on the right side of the watch

• Swipe from left to right or press the circle button again to open Menu screen

• From the Menu screen, tap Blood Fat app to open Blood Lipid screen .

Start the Measurement

• Follow the on-screen prompts to ensure your wrist is placed correctly on the watch sensor.

• The watch sensor should have direct contact with your skin.

• Sit in a relaxed position and keep your wrist still throughout the test.

• Wait a few seconds until the measurement is completed.

View Data

• Once the measurement is complete, the blood lipid level will display on the watch screen.
