Setting Up and First-Time Use

Kickstart your wellness journey with the NOTT Wellness Pro Smart Watch by following these simple steps.

Step 1: Preparation Before Use

• Ensure the watch is fully charged using the magnetic charging cable provided.

• Place the magnetic charger on the gold contact points on the back of the watch and connect it to a USB power source.

• Download the NOTT App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Confirm your mobile device meets these requirements:

  • iPhone/iPad with iOS 9.0 and above.

  • Android devices with Android 4.4 and above, equipped with Bluetooth.

Step 2: Open the NOTT App

• Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.

• Launch the NOTT App to begin the setup process.

Step 3: Go to Connect Devices Screen

• On the main interface of the NOTT App, tap the ⊕ icon at the top of the screen to navigate to the Connect Devices screen.

Step 4: Connect to the NOTT Wellness Pro

• Select Smart Watch from the list of device options.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your watch with the app.

• Enter your personal information, such as Height, Weight, and Gender (optional), then tap Confirm.

Step 5: Calibrate and Start Using Your Watch

• The app provides a screen with detailed calibration and setup instructions.

• Wear the watch snugly on your wrist for accurate tracking of health metrics.

• Ensure the sensors are in full contact with your skin for precise readings.

Step 6: Start Tracking Your Health

• Begin exploring the key features of the NOTT Wellness Pro:

  • Track steps, calories burned, and distance traveled.

  • Measure blood pressure, heart rate, and sleep patterns.

  • Sync real-time data with the NOTT App to view detailed insights.

Step 7: View Your Data in the NOTT App

• After completing the initial setup, access your health data from the app’s dashboard:

  • Check daily activity metrics, health summaries, and personalized recommendations.

  • Use the app’s interactive charts to monitor your progress over time.
